Returns and Exchange



  • Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customers expense.

    • - Merchandise must be returned within 3 days for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE. (on-non sale items) and 7 days for international customers otherwise it will not be accepted.
    • - Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
    • - Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached in original plastic bag.
    • - Merchandise returned without tags still attached will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
    • - Postage cost in non-refundable

    Please note: That if you are returning items to us from an international location it is also very important that you label the items as " RETURNED GOODS".
    Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept at customers expense.

    Once we have received your return package all the returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is offered.
    SECRET GARDEN BOUTIQUE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged or refunded.

    The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail as any returned items that are not received by SECRET GARDEN BOUTIQUE will not be issued a refund or exchange. We also recommend that customers as for proof or postage at the time of posting returned items.

    When exchanging an item you must also provide a satchel or pay for one for use in the exchange. Secret Garden Boutique does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods. Postage costs for returned items are at the customers expense.

    Once processed you financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the funds back into your account.

    Secret Garden Boutique is not held financially responsible for any packages lost in transit.
